The Dinsmore Team Terms and Conditions
Thanks for choosing us to do your real estate searches. We have integrated data from FMLS and GAMLS to show the most properties available, using our unique search features and styling!
The data relating to real estate for sale on this web site comes in part from the Broker ReciprocitySM Program of GAMLS and the First Multiple Listing Service, Inc of Georgia. All real estate listings are marked with either the GAMLS Broker ReciprocitySM logo or the FMLS BR trademark, depending on the data provider. Not all listings on this site belong to the site owner; the actual listing broker of each property is identified on each property’s details page.
The broker providing this data believes it to be correct, but advises interested parties to confirm the data before relying on it in a purchase decision.

We collect and store information that you voluntarily provide to us as well as data related to your Site visit and usage.
We collect personally identifiable information (including, but not limited to, name, address and phone number) that is voluntarily provided to us by you. For example, you voluntarily provide personally identifiable information when you send us an email, use certain features of the Site, participate in a survey or sweepstakes, or register with our Site.
In addition, during your visit we automatically collect certain aggregate information related to your Site visit. Aggregate information is non-personally identifiable or anonymous information about you, including the date and time of your visit, your IP address, your computer browser information, the Internet address that you visited prior to and after reaching our site, the name of the domain and host you used to access the Internet, and the features of our Site which you accessed.
We use collected information to make available and to improve our high standard of reliable services. We use such information to respond to inquiries or service requests and monitor such responses; to provide information about and market our products or services or those of our franchise network affiliates, including the Dorsey Alston franchise of independently owned offices and their agents; to resolve problems; and to manage our website and assess its usage.
We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to third parties who are not affiliates of the Dinsmore Team. We may disclose personally identifiable information to appropriate affiliates, including strategic alliance affiliates, to respond to a request for service or the provide information about available products or services, and to third party service providers. We may share aggregate information with certain third parties such as advertisers, national industry organizations, and prospective affiliates. In addition, we reserve the right to disclose aggregate information and personally identifiable information to third parties as required or permitted by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights.
This website is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Dinsmore Team is not associated with the government, and our service is not approved by the government or your lender. Even if you accept this offer and use our service your lender may not agree to change your loan. If you stop paying your mortgage you could lose your home and damage your credit rating.
ALSO IMPORTANT: The preceding notice is required by the Federal Trade Commission because we offer, in accordance to their definition, “Mortgage Assistance Relief Services” by offering “short sale negotiation services”. The rule that the FTC has applied to short sale real estate agents is primarily intended to help homeowners avoid being scamed by those requiring up-front fees for LOAN MODIFICATION services.
PLEASE BE AWARE, we will NEVER require our clients to close a short sale if the terms and conditions require the client to pay out of pocket in order to close a short sale.
IMPORTANT: On a short sale, lenders customarily discount their payoff enough to allow for the purchase money to pay the agent’s commission along with other closing costs, thus avoiding any necessity for a homeowner to pay out of pocket expenses to close a short sale. If a shorting lender ever requires that our client contribute cash or any other consideration towards closing, we will not require that the client close the transaction.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL The Dinsmore Team BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF THE INFORMATION OR MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF The Dinsmore Team OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF DORSEY ALSTON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
